SPRING SESSION
APRIL 16 to JUNE 27, 2025
Please note: This registration is for the HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA program ONLY.
Registration is for academic courses leading to a Quebec High School Diploma and pre-requisite courses that students need in order to enrol in a vocational programme or CEGEP. Classes start April 16, 2025.
Classes are in the evening, Monday to Friday, 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM
Monday and Friday classes are usually taught online.
Registration Fee: $ 90.00 per session
SPRING 2025 BASIC ENGLISH REGISTRATION

10:00 A.M. - 12:30 P.M. and 4:00 - 6:30 P.M.
The cost is only $100 per session, including all fees and books.
MORNING CLASSES: Monday to Friday from 8:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. (in class) EVENING CLASSES: Monday to Friday, 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. (Evening classes are generaly held online on Mondays and Fridays.)
Session: March 24, 2025 – June 27, 2025

WHO CAN REGISTER: Only students who are referred to HSM directly by the MIFI will be able to register. We do not accept walk-ins. Students who have been referred to us will receive an email.
WHAT CLASSES DO WE OFFER AND WHEN: Classes open when we have enough MIFI referrals to open a particular group. We do not necessarily have a class at each level.
WHAT DO I DO WHILE I WAIT: Students who are waiting to be accepted to the MIFI Francization program may want to consider taking one of HSM’s Basic French courses. (note: there is no financial aid for Basic French courses.) courses). See information about Basic French – above.

De l’aide financière incitative est aussi offerte aux personnes admissibles, à certaines conditions.

Friday, September 30th marks the second National Day for Truth and Reconciliation in Canada.
This day provides an opportunity to bring awareness to the painful legacy and impact of the residential school system and to advance the reconciliation efforts.
The HSM Adult Education Centre staff and students will take part in 'orange t-shirt day' on Friday, September 30th to acknowledge the past and demonstrate hope for a better future.
