The GED-TS
General Education Diploma:
- grants
36 credits in elective subjects, which count towards a Secondary School
Diploma (SSD)
- makes
it possible to enter most vocational and technical training programs
- makes
it possible to enter college-level programs leading to the Attestation of
College Studies (ACS) and technical attestations
- makes
it possible to obtain some jobs that require an SSD
- is
recognized throughout North America
The
GED Tests correspond to Secondary IV and V examinations in the following
subjects:
- English-language
arts writing skills
- English-language
arts reading skills
- Social
studies
- Science
- Mathematics
